Who is responsible

What this site collects

Nothing. This page is a shop window: services, prices, opening hours, photographs and contact details. There are no forms, no user accounts and no analytics. Nobody knows you were here, apart from the server that sent you the page — which, like any server, logs the request in order to answer it.

Bookings

The booking buttons take you to Noona, where the shop keeps its diary. Whatever you type there — name, phone, email and the time you picked — stays with Noona (Timatorg ehf.) and is used by the shop to serve you and to remind you of the appointment. Noona has its own terms and privacy policy, available on the platform.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising cookies, carries no social media pixels and counts no visits. The only thing left in your browser is a note that you closed the cookie notice, so it does not come back. That note never leaves your phone or computer and disappears when you clear your browser data.

The photographs, the fonts and everything else the page loads are served from this same site: nothing is requested from third parties while you read.

Links that leave this site

Some links take you elsewhere: Noona, the Instagram page and Google Maps. Once you follow them, their rules and policies apply, not this page’s.

Your rights

If you have booked, you have the right to know what the shop holds about you, to correct it, to have it deleted and to object to its use. Just ask, by phone or email above. If you believe your data has been mishandled, you can complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (cnpd.pt).

Prices, hours and photographs

• The prices and hours on this page are the ones in the shop’s diary. They can change; what is shown on Noona and in the shop on the day is what counts.
• The photographs of haircuts were taken in the shop and belong to the business. The logo, text and images on this page may not be reproduced without permission.

Complaints

There is an electronic complaints book, as Portuguese law requires. In a consumer dispute you may also turn to the competent alternative dispute resolution body — in the district of Porto, the CICAP consumer arbitration tribunal. More at consumidor.gov.pt.
